Your Boss is incredibly frustrated. Talent is in The House but Sales are not. What to do? Give a presentation to the sales staff? Probably a good idea. Display ten bullet-laden slides about why sales are down and what is needed to get them back up again? Death by PowerPoint. Images are your best bet.

Would you remember this photo one hour after the presentation? Two hours? Yes, I think you would. Would you remember the bullet points that came before. Doubt it. . .Words convey emotion only when they are read or spoken. Images convey emotion when you just look at them.

Here's my challenge to you: Coerce yourself into constructing a PowerPoint or Keynote presentation out of only images. Then, take an informal survey of your audience. The results may surprise you.
